4 Months Old

Parker is 4 months old and is doing so many new things. He has started laughing and gigglying and smiles a lot. At his 4 month check up he weighed 15lbs. 13oz. and is 25 3/4 inches long. He has been sick for the last week and we found out that he has his first ear infection but Dr. Cochran put him on antibiotics so he should get better any day now.

We started giving Parker cereal in small doses but he really doesn't know what to do with it yet. I also gave him a little bit of juice which he seemed to like too. Parker also got his 3 month pictures taken the other day even though he is already 4 months old. He wore the plaid outfit in the picture below. We can't wait to go and see them and pick out the ones we want.

Parker also spent the weekend at his Great-Grandmothers house and had a great time. We have been spending a lot of time playing and working with him on using his hands to grab his toys. He loves to stand up right now. I think he has skipped the sitting part since he hates to sit on his butt and loves to stand up.

He is really finding his schedule and we are just trying to keep up at this point!
